PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet whose antimicrobial property is maintained for a long time and which has high safety and excellent mechanical properties. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet formed from a polyvinyl chloride-based resin, characterized by containing in the polyvinyl chloride resin a quaternary phosphonium salt compound represented by the general formula (1) (A is an aromatic group; R1 and R2 are each a 3 to 18C linear or branched same or different alkyl; R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each a linear or branched alkyl, provided that three of R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each a 4C alkyl, and the other is a 12C alkyl).
