PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing corpuscles without using a dispersion stabilizer which reduces water resistance, heat resistance and redispersion of corpuscle powder after drying. SOLUTION: The method of synthesizing cross-linked corpuscles by polymerization of a non-cross-linking monomer (A) and a cross-linking monomer (B) in a solvent with an initiator is characterized by that the synthesis is carried out in the absence of a dispersion stabilizer and that the initiator is expressed by formula (1) or formula (2).
