PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve, capable of suppressing rapid charges in pressure applied to a movable valve element even when the valve opens by slight movement of the movable valve element, to delicately control the pressure. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve is provided with a throttle valve 11, composed of an overlap part of the peripheral face of a throttle valve part 4c with the inner circumferential face of a cylinder on a cylinder end face 3a side of a cylinder opening 6a, which operates by the movement of a movable element 7, when a valve element part 4a of an opening/closing valve 9 separated from a valve seat part 5a to open the valve by the movement of the movable element 7.
