PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metabolic product of the compound of formula (I), its racemic-diastereomer mixture and optical isomer, its prodrug, a pharmaceutically permissible salt of the metabolic product, racemic-diastereomer mixture, optical isomer and prodrug, a pharmaceutical composition containing the above substance and a method for the treatment of diseases caused by the decrease of growth hormone level by the use of the metabolic product and the pharmaceutical composition. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a kit containing the 1st unit agent containing a metabolic product of the compound of formula (I) and a pharmaceutically permissible carrier, excipient or diluent; the 2nd unit agent containing estrogen, Premarin(R), progesterone or a bisphosphonate compound (preferably alendronate) and a pharmaceutically permissible carrier, excipient or diluent; and a container.
