PURPOSE: A diagnostic kit of an antibody to hepatitis C virus(HCV) using an mixed antigen is provided, thereby rapidly and accurately diagnosing the antibody to hepatitis C virus. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic kit of an antibody to hepatitis C virus(HCV) contains a mixed antigen comprising a fusion protein Core-518 consisting of COREEPI and K518 of hepatitis C virus, a fusion protein NS4E1E2 consisting of NS4E, EIG, E2A and E2E of hepatitis C virus, and a protein NS5-1,2 of hepatitis C virus, wherein the fusion protein Core-518 is produced from a transformant E. coli which is transformed with an expression vector ptrpH-UBCORE518; the fusion protein NS4E1E2 is produced from a transformant E. coli which is transformed with an expression vector ptrpH-UBNS4E1E2; and the protein NS5-1,2 is produced from a transformant E. coli which is transformed with an expression vector ptrpH-UB-NS5-1.2.
