摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal abrasion on a rolling element to support a thrust load, etc., by restraining excessive increase in the thrust load working on a revolving scroll. SOLUTION: Plural spheres 24 constituting a thrust load support mechanism 21 are rollably provided between a casing 1 and a revolving scroll 4. A guide hole 25 is provided at a position corresponding to the spheres 24 on a bottom part 1A of the casing 1, and an abutting plate 26 is movably guided in the axial direction of a drive shaft 3 by this guide hole 25. A pressing spring 27 is provided in the guide hole 25, and the abutting plate 26 is energized against a thrust load F1 working on the revolving scroll 4 by this pressing spring 27. When the thrust load F1 increases, the pressing spring 27 is compressed and deformed, and the revolving scroll 4 is moved in the axial direction of the drive shaft 3 with the abutting plate 26. Consequently, pressure in a compression chamber 6 is released outside from a part between the fixed scroll 2 and the revolving scroll 4.
