PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a system composed of a refuse drying apparatus and a combustion chamber. SOLUTION: Dried waste gas D from a refuse drying apparatus 1 is introduced into a combustion chamber 2 as combustion gas for the combustion chamber 2 instead of combustion air, whereby the need of excess combustion energy and combustion air both required in the prior art is eliminated.
