PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a backflow from an exhaust passage of a manifold block to an exhaust port connected to the exhaust passage over a long period. SOLUTION: In this manifold solenoid valve, the manifold block 1 and a solenoid valve 3 are connected via a gasket 2. Valve elements 41 are slidably housed in communication passages 14a, 14b communicating the exhaust passages 5a, 5b of the manifold block 1 with the exhaust ports 13a, 13b of the solenoid valve 3. At exhaustion, exhaust from the exhaust port 13a, 13b enters the communication passage 14a, 14b, passes through a cutout part formed in the valve element 41 and is exhausted into the exhaust passage 5a, 5b. When the backflow from the exhaust passage 5a, 5b to the exhaust port 13a, 13b side occurs, the backflow gas moves the valve element 41, so that valve part provided in the valve element 41 closes up the opening side of the communication passage 14a, 14b to prevent backflow.
