PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking top for eliminating the configuration of a complex exhaust gas channel when using a gas radiation burner, using the exhaust gas for heating kitchen utensils for cooking, and eliminating the need for a separate pot support in the case of an atmospheric gas burner. SOLUTION: In the cooking top having glass or a glass ceramic plate (1) as a cooking surface, and at least one cooking location (burner location 2) that is heated by gas burners (4, 4a), the location (2) is determined as a raised projection part having a raised surface (3a) as a pot arrangement surface in the glass or the glass ceramic plate (1) where the gas burners (4, 4a) are mounted, and a side surface (3b) that is extended around a location where openings (5, 6) are formed.
