PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing structure of a coiled coated steel plate wherein a cost of processing coil packing paper at a consumer can be reduced with little performance lost in packing the coil and a load in disposal of industrial wastes can be reduced. SOLUTION: In packing the coated steel plate coil, only both side faces of the coil, an end 3a of the steel plate on an inner peripheral side of the coil and its vicinity, and an end 3b on an outer peripheral side of the coil and its vicinity are coated with filmlike protective materials. In addition, the protective materials 4a, 4b for coating both side faces of the coil comprise a transparent synthetic resin film, while the protective materials 5a, 5b for coating the ends of the steel plate on the inner and outer peripheral sides comprise a transparent adhesive tape.
