PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titania sol highly dispersed and keeping stable dispersion for a long time. SOLUTION: This highly dispersible titania sol composition is made by adding aluminum alkoxide to a titania slurry in which titania powder is dispersed into an aqueous medium, resulting in generating alumina hydrate by hydrolysis which makes the titania sol to stabilize in dispersion.
