PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cap wherein even a highly viscous fluid does not remain in the vicinity of a discharge port or on an inner peripheral wall and wherein the fluid does not flow out even if a container is turned over. SOLUTION: An end of a coil spring 28 as a tension means is connected with a base of a valve element 32. An annular spring base 28A is provided on the other end of the spring 28, and is fitted into a bottom 11B of a main body 11. By the spring 28 thus placed below the valve element 32, the element 32 can be moved to a ceiling 22, and the fluid attaching to the inner peripheral wall 18B of a dome 18 between the discharge port 20 and the ceiling 22 can be completely scraped off by the valve element 32. Therefore, the fluid 12 does not set on the inner peripheral wall 18B of the dome 18 between the discharge port 20 and the ceiling 22, and the valve element 32 can smoothly slide. |
