PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion-selective electrode whose measuring accuracy is superior, by which especially the reproducibility of a measured value is high and which is used to analyze calcium ions and hydrogen ions. SOLUTION: In a composite ion-selective electrode, a calcium ion-selective electrode and a hydrogen ion-selective electrode are comprised, a nonconductive member which comprises an opening part for liquid supply is provided, a distribution member which supplies respective liquids to the respective ion-selective electrodes is provided, and a bridge member which sets the respective liquids into continuity electrically is provided. In the composite ion selective electrode, the film thickness of an ion-selective film on the calcium ion-selective electrode is set at 5 to 30 μm, and an ion-selective film on the hydrogen ion-selective electrode contains tri-n-dodecylamine and trisethyl hexyl trimellitate. The respective ion-selective electrodes are obtained. A detection method for the concentration of calcium ions is obtained. |
