<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit connecting device for relaxing distortion due to thermal stress. SOLUTION: A connection pipe is formed in a double structure with an inner pipe and an outer pipe, having a heating portion and a heat insulating portion arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, flanges formed at both ends of the connection pipe, a bellows arranged inside the connection pipe beyond the flange, and a flange connection. A conduit, provided on the sides of a reaction container and a recovery container, communicates with each container and formed in a double structure at least on its connection pipe side with an inner pipe and an outer pipe, having a heating portion and a heat insulating portion arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe and a flange formed at the end on the side of connection to the connection pipe. The conduit and the connection pipe are connected to each other via a gasket.</p> |
