PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device or a process cartridge capable of smoothly carrying papers and generating a high grade printed image by performing stable discharging of an electric charge accumulated on a paper right after toner is transferred. SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises a photoreceptor drum 21; a transfer roller 22 to transfer a developing agent, supplied on the photoreceptor drum 21, on a paper; and a static elimination sheet 29 situated downstream from the transfer roller 22 in a carriage route for a paper and removing the electric charge accumulated on the paper. The static elimination sheet 29 is provided with a conductive member 29B situated opposite to the non-image-forming surface of the paper, and a conductive fiber member 29A electrically connected to the conductive member 29B.
