<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile PCB processing apparatus capable of combustion processing of PCB everywhere without a choice of the place where it is used without the need of a large-scaled incinerator. SOLUTION: There are provided an oxygen nozzle 31 disposed at a burner central portion, a fuel nozzle 32 and an air nozzle 33 disposed concentrically in order around the oxygen nozzle, and PCB supply tube 34 coupled with the oxygen nozzle 31. There are further provided a primary combustion furnace 1 including a PCB exclusive combustion burner 9 in which tip ends of the respective nozzles are protruded sequentially in the direction of fluid injection as it goes to the outside nozzles, two auxiliary combustion furnaces 3 and 5 for re-combusting combustion gas from the first combustion furnace, and a condenser 7 for quenching an outlet waste gas 19 of the auxiliary combustion furnace 5. The primary combustion furnace 1, auxiliary combustion furnaces 3, 5, and condenser 7 are mounted on movable containers 2, 4, 6, and 8 and are coupled through demountable heat insulating ducts 10, 11.</p> |
