PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bacterial inflammation, urinary track infection, etc., without supplying washing water polluted with microbes to the private parts. SOLUTION: A tank 20 generating warm water and a nozzle 23 jetting out the water in the tank 20 as washing water are provided in a water feed line 1. Further, a human body detecting means 38 detecting a human body and a forcible draining means draining accumulated water in the tank 20 on the basis of detection of a human body by the human body detecting means 38 are provided. The water accumulated for a long time in the tank 20 is drained when a human body is detected, and fresh washing water supplied into the tank 20 is used when a user washes the private parts.
