PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately maintain the mixing ratio of earth and sand to a soil improving material by surely supplying a fixed quantity of earth and sand to a mixer even when using various earth and sand as an improving object. SOLUTION: This self-advancing soil improving machine for carrying out the mixture by a carrying-out conveyor 9 by mixing earth and sand P with the soil improving material by introducing the earth and sand P inputted to an earth and sand hopper 2 to the mixer 3 via a vibrating feeder 4 and a carrying-in conveyor 5, is provided with the vibrating feeder 4 having an earth and sand placing plate 27 for placing the earth and sand P inputted to the earth and sand hopper 2, an exciting driving device 28 for generating rotary driving force, a vibrating shaft 31 for converting the rotary driving force into vibration of the earth and sand placing plate 27, a pulley 32, a belt 33 and rotary drums 34 and 34.
