PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraper for a dredger to secure required quantity of air inside a sealed hood without controlling the air in the sealed hood. SOLUTION: An air communicating tube 22, which communicates an upper space of a casing 18 between a screw conveyor 16 and a sand pump 12, with an upper space of a sealed hood 13, is provided to a sludge scraper for a dredger, in which a cutter 14 with a rolling bucket inside the sealed hood 13, a screw conveyor 16 conveying horizontally sludge dip up by the cutter 14 and the sand pump 12 carrying a compressed sludge carried by the screw conveyor 16 to a ship body side by a compressor, are loaded.
