PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items cost, and body weight by making a reinforcing means for an upper structure above a center pillar function as the mounting bracket of a roof rail to be mounted on a roof panel, and to intend for enhancing rigidity and enhancing a withstand load. SOLUTION: In this body reinforcing structure provided with a roof brace bracket 5 connected to the upper part of a pillar 1, a side rail 3 and a roof brace 4 to rigidly couple the center pillar 1, the side rail 3 and the roof brace 4 by welding, a roof rail mounting surface part 51 to mount the roof rail 7 is integrally and protrusively formed on the roof brace side bracket 5, and thereby, the roof rail 7 can be mounted to the roof rail mounting surface part 51 by a mounting bolt 8.
