PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply warmed air into a room after dust and odor are cleaned by means of a photocatalyst. SOLUTION: The air solar heat collector comprises a translucent member 2, a heat collecting plate 3 for absorbing solar heat transmitted the translucent member 2, an air channel Q for transmitting heat from the heat collecting plate to the air, an exhaust fan 6 for causing the air in the air channel Q to flow from an air inlet 4 to an air outlet 5, and a solar cell 7 for driving the exhaust fan 6. A partition wall 9 having a vent is provided in a region in the air channel Q which is thereby partitioned into a prechamber X on the air inlet 4 side and a heat collecting chamber Y on the air outlet 5 side. The heat collecting plate 3 is arranged in the heat collecting chamber Y and a photocatalyst 2a (3a) is applied to the inner surface of the translucent member 2 or one surface of the heat collecting plate 3 or at least these two surfaces.
