PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the board housing box of a game machine with an improved burglar prevention property in the structure that an illegal action can not be performed from the clearance of the box body and lid body of the board housing box. SOLUTION: This board housing box 63 of the game machine is provided with the box body 110 provided with a peripheral wall part 112 erected on a bottom plate 111 along the outer periphery of the bottom plate 111 for housing a control board 61 for controlling a game operation inside the peripheral wall part 112, the lid body 80 freely openably and closably assembled to the box body 110 and sealing means 84, 90 and 115 for sealing the opening of the lid body 80 after assembling the lid body 80 and the box body 110. The lid body 80 is provided with an outer peripheral wall part 82 erected on a lid plate 81 along the lid plate 80 and an inner peripheral wall part 83 erected on the lid plate 80 along the inner side of the outer peripheral wall part 82 and the lid body 80 is assembled to the box body 110 by inserting the peripheral wall part 112 between the outer peripheral wall part 82 and the inner peripheral wall part 83.
