PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for accommodating a cylinder for measuring the mass of a fire extinguisher cylinder by a mass-measuring device that is inserted in the case of measurement only, and the mass-measuring device for measuring the mass of the cylinder in the cabinet. SOLUTION: A cabinet body 1 whose cross section is in a U shape that has a side plate and a rear plate, has an open front, and has a formed cylinder accommodation part 2, a cylinder stand 5 that has an opening being smaller than the cross-sectional shape of a cylinder 21 and has a formed accommodation part 8 of a mass-measuring device at an area to the lower end part of the cabinet body 1 while being provided at the lower part of the cabinet body 1, and a door for blocking the front opening of the cabinet body 1, are provided.
