PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a food capable of preventing a food material prepared by mutually mixing plural kinds of readily separable raw materials from separating. SOLUTION: This apparatus 10 for producing the food comprises a stock tank 12 for storing the readily separable food material, a stirring means 16 for stirring the food material in the stock tank 12, a pipe means 20 having both ends connected to the stock tank 12, a pump means 22 for forcedly feeding the food material in the stock tank 12 from one end side of the pipe means 20 to the other end side thereof and a changeover means 24 capable of carrying out the changeover between a first state in which the food material forcedly fed from the one end side of the pipe means 20 is fed toward the other end side of the pipe means 20 with the pump means 22 and circulated through the pipe means 20 and a second state in which the food material forcedly fed from the one end side of the pipe means 20 with the pump means 22 is discharged from the pipe means 20. |
