PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient detection of a fault and a process of the fault with a simple constitution at an output shortcircuiting time of drive circuits 16l, 16v. SOLUTION: An output short circuit protective circuit of the drive circuit comprises fault detecting means 16x, 16z for blocking a high-voltage circuit 139 of the drive circuits 16l, 16v and detecting the faults due to output short circuits at respective blocks 131 to 138, and faults processing means 16w, 16y for stopping operations of the drive circuits when the faults are detected by the detecting means 16x, 16z.
