PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional roller for dust removal that the dust removal effect becomes insufficient room because projected recessed parts are generated on the outer circumference of the roller within a short time. SOLUTION: A silicone resin film or a silicone rubber film is formed on the outer circumference of a thin and long core material 1 to form an adsorption layer 2 capable of adsorbing dust adhering to an object E to be washed and an intermediate layer 3 is formed between the outer circumferential face of the core material 1 and the adsorption layer 2 to reinforce the adhesion of both. A rotary shaft 4 is integrated with the core material 1, or an insertion hole 5 to make it possible to insert a separate rotary shaft 4 there into is formed in the core material 1. The intermediate layer 3 is formed by spraying a metal, ceramic, glass, or resin to the outer circumferential face of the core material 1.
