<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Shochu (low class distilled spirit), which enables the omission of the first unrefined Shochu-producing process that is an essential process on the brewing of the unrefined Shochu, the production of the Shochu in a short period, and the achievement of labor saving and Shochu property stabilization. SOLUTION: This method for producing the Shochu is characterized by directly using yeast cake for Shochu and/or dried live yeast for Shochu on the same preparation as the preparation of raw materials, when the unrefined Shochu is brewed.</p> |
