<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for issuing a card, removing air bubbles present in an ultraviolet curable solution in a stage before the surface of the card is coated with the ultraviolet curable solution and uniformly coating the card with the ultraviolet curable solution to smooth the coating layer not only to lower an incidence of inferior goods but also to enhance a yield. SOLUTION: A liquid tank pan 20 for storing the ultraviolet curable solution, a pickup roller 21 partially immersed in the ultraviolet curable solution in the liquid tank pan and rotated to draw up the ultraviolet curable solution and the applicator roller 22 for coating the card 10 with the ultraviolet curable solution guided from the meniscus M of the ultraviolet curable solution between the pickup roller and the applicator roller are provided and an air bubble removing wire 30 for removing air bubbles present in the ultraviolet curable solution is provided in the meniscus formed between the pickup roller and the applicator roller.</p> |
