PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating method for a green sheet wherein the deformation of an electrode pattern is reduced, and the yield is high. SOLUTION: A plurality of green sheets 10 wherein a plurality of electrode patterns 11 are arranged with an interval are stacked. Then, the plurality of green sheets 10 are pinched by an upper die 40 and a lower die 30, wherein heating heaters 41 and 31 are respectively built in, heated and pressed to laminate the green sheets by this laminating method. In such a laminating method, a plurality of through holes 12 are formed by providing a distance from the electrode patterns 11. On the upper surface of the lower die 30, a protruding section 32 wherein a heating heater 33 is built in, and in addition, which can be inserted in the through hole 12 is provided. Then, by inserting the protruding section 32 in the through hole 12, the green sheets 10 are placed under a restrained state between the upper die 40 and the lower die 30, and the heating and the pressing are performed. |
