PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling the assay of repetitive-sequence polymorphism by convenient operations in a short time. SOLUTION: This method for assaying repetitive-sequence polymorphism comprises the following processes: (1) a process for collecting a target nucleic acid having a repetitive sequence from a subject; (2) a process for labeling the target nucleic acid; (3) a process for detecting the labeled target nucleic acid; and (4) a process for assaying the polymorphism of the repetitive sequence by analyzing the detected result by means of fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. |
