PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper clad laminated sheet reduced in warpage even if thin, high in through-hole reliability and excellent in environment resistance. SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin composition is infiltrated in a glass cloth base material and the impregnated base material is heated and dried to obtain a prepreg sheet. A required number of the prepreg sheets are stacked and a copper foil is superposed on the outside of the stacked sheets and the whole is heated and pressed to obtain the copper clad laminated sheet. In this laminated sheet, the glass cloth base material is a plain weave glass fabric and the resin content of the thermosetting resin composition, which is infiltrated in the glass fabric, in the prepreg sheet is set to 20-33 weight % and pressure molding is performed so that the thickness of the prepreg sheet is 0.15-0.03 mm which is 90% or less of the thickness of the glass cloth base material.
