PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of handling a recording material well without the occurrence of much curl after fixing in the case of forming a high-density image in especially a full-color image. SOLUTION: Relation between image signal data for each color and dense amount of toner with respect to the data is previously stored in a CPU 302, the image signal data is integrated at pre-scanning time by the adding device 30 on the front step part of a latch circuit 401, and the integrated value is converted into the toner dense amount through the CPU 302. In the case the average value of the toner dense amount obtained by summing up those of four colors is <=8.0×10<-3> kg/m<2> per unit area, an image is outputted as it is. However, the correction value of look-up table 400 can be obtained by multiplying all data by 0.9 in the case toner average dense amount exceeds 8.0×10<-3> kg/m<2> . |
