PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment sheet, in which a film layer containing a polyolefin resin as a main component is included and also printability and thermally melt-sticking joining properties are excellent, and a producing method thereof. SOLUTION: A surface treatment layer containing a thermoplastic resin is allowed to adhere onto a film layer including a resin blend containing a styrene base copolymer resin at weight ratio of 100:5-100 into a polyolefin resin. At this time, an organic solvent dissolving, partially dissolving or swelling the styrene base copolymer resin is favorably included in coating liquid for applying the thermoplastic resin. A bonding layer obtained by both the styrene base copolymer resin and the thermoplastic resin for the surface treatment layer is formed in the interfacial part of both the film layer including the resin blend and the surface treatment layer.
