PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off a heat conduction as much as possible without shutting off between a front surface and a rear surface of a heat conductive building member made of an aluminum or the like by a plastic or the like or without suppressing the heat conduction using the building member double or triple and hence without reducing a strength of the member or without bringing about a disadvantage of increasing a thickness of a raw material. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 3 is laminated on a synthetic resin foamed sheet 2 via an adhesive layer 4a or the like. In this case, a density of the foamed sheet is 0.01 to 0.1 g/cm3.
