PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof and smokeproof shutter that does not become large even if the span is lengthened, is easy to manufacture and install, and prevents fire resistant sheets from getting stained due to reduced field assembly work. SOLUTION: A plurality of shutter units 6 in which fire resistant sheets 3 having zippers 2 at one sides are wound around rolls 4 which are stored respectively in cases 5, a connecting sheet 8 having zippers 7 to be connected to the zippers 2 of the fire resistant sheets 3 on both sides, a connector 9 to connect the rolls 4 of the shutter units 6 are provided, and by arranging the shutter units 6 in an installation site, connecting the fire resistant sheets 3 with the zippers 2 and 7 through the connecting sheet 8, connecting and integrating the rolls 4 with the connector 9, after the shutter units 6 and the connector 9 are manufacture separately and installed, the rolls 4 are connected with the connector 9, the fire resistant sheets 3 are drawn out from the shutter units 6, and the zippers 2 and 7 are connected and assembled thereto.
