PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-type extensible cosmetic container which can be disposed of as a combustible waste after use, contributing to the better environment. SOLUTION: This container consists of an inner cylinder 2 made of a paper tube 2a with a vertical groove 20 on it, a stand 5 made of a paper tube 5a which is fitted with the lower part of the inner cylinder 2, and an outer cylinder 3 made of a paper tube 3a on which a paper layer 32 is formed. Inside the layer, two paper strips are spirally arranged with a clearance between them to form a spiral groove 30.
