PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest-controlling, weeding and sterilizing device that beams can arrive a target area as parallel beams having energy in a concentrated state but do not arrive crops and workers not to be irradiated with the laser beams. SOLUTION: This pest-controlling, weeding and sterilizing device comprising a laser oscillator, a lens system for converting laser beams generated from the laser oscillator into non-parallel beams, and a rotatable mirror for focussing and irradiating the laser beams transmitted through the lens system on an irradiation target.
