PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin all-blade-type diamond or cBN blade having rigidity and wear resistance, and having a high machining accuracy and excellent durability while allowing cost reduction. SOLUTION: The all-blade type diamond or cBN blade for cutting rare earth magnets is entirely formed of a sintered body using a cemented carbide or cermet as a bond and using one or two kinds of diamond or cBN as abrasive grains, with the abrasive-grain content of the blade being 5 to 50 vol.%.
