SOLUTION: A pad 2 containing a ceramic heater 5 as a heating element is provided and a front 12 coming out forward 2c from the front 5c of the ceramic heater is provided in the surrounding of the opening 11 of a cover 10 covering the heater 5, a distance x is secured between the skin 9 and the surface 5c of the ceramic heater at a time when the front 12 of the cover 10 is attached to the skin 9 directly or through the adhesive pad 20. The warmer 1 is a con-contact type, and prevents the temperature of the skin 9 from raising extremely even if the temperature of the heater is raised, and as the pad 2 can be fixed to the skin 9 with the adhesive tape 20, chemotherapy can be carried out without holding the pad 2 with hand.
