PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber plug for vial, the shell par of which is varied in shape to eliminate a stepped part at a connection between the plug and a seal ring so as to prevent foreign matter from adhering thereto. SOLUTION: In the rubber plug for vial, a flanged top plate part 1 and a shell part 2 and leg parts 3 below the top plate part 1 are formed integrally with each other, and the seal ring 4 made of a ring-shaped projection is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shell part. The outer periphery of the shell part above the seal ring 4 is formed of an inclined outer peripheral surface joined with the curved surface of the top plate part of the seal ring 4 and the seal ring 4 is connected with the shell part 2 by a smooth curved surface. |
