PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a handy and convenient snack food obtained by extruding a food material and filling a filling material, hardly causing absorption of extremely excess oil during the cooking, hardly causing oozing of oil or fat during returning time, capable of being partially or completely fried or roasted, and having an external wrapping including fragments of potato. SOLUTION: The externally wrapping dough, food preparation and handy convenient food include potato fragments, cellulose gum and starch. Methods for preparing them are also provided. The outer wrapping material can be the hollow one, and the hollow part can be filled with a filling material having flavor. The cellulose gum and the starch can form a film on the exposed surface of the externally wrapping material, and can plug voids in the exposed surface. |
