PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly nutritive solid food having a high glucide content and/or a high protein content, useful for elderly persons or infants. SOLUTION: This highly nutritive solid food uses at least dextrin or reduced dextrin as a glucide and contains a high glucide and/or a high protein having <=5×105N/m2 hardness measured by Examination Method for Standard, Specifications of Food for elderly person by Ministry of Health and Welfare.
