<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball having the small deterioration in flying performance, even if used repeatedly especially as a practice ball. SOLUTION: In a golf ball provided with many dimples having a circular plane shape on the sphere, the shape of these dimples has at least 80% of a non-arc cross-sectional shape having the depth that is deeper by 4% or more than the depth of a virtual dimple with the assumed part of a true circle that is circular with the same diameter as the dimple when viewed on the plane and has the same cross-sectional area as the dimple when viewed on the cross section, and the gross volume of the dimples is 300 to 550 mm3 in the golf ball.</p> |
