SOLUTION: The water to be electrolyzed having a <=0.25 EU/mL endotoxin concentration and also without bacilli, and the electrolyzed water obtained by electrolysis of such water, and the electrolyzed water having <=0.25b EU/mL in endotoxin concentration, are provided.
