PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling filter cloth type waste liquid disposal device filtering and concentrating sludge continuously with an endless filter cloth travelling circularly, surely producing highly concentrated sludge by improving the processing capacity of concentration filtration by the flow of waste liquid to be fed. SOLUTION: This waste liquid disposal device 22 is constituted in a way that a waste liquid chamber 23 having a waste liquid supply port 24 and a concentrated waste liquid discharge port 25, and a filtrate chamber 26 having a filtrate discharge port 27 are adjacent to each other. An air blowing device 34 comprising an air blowing pipe 34a having a nozzle 34b and a compressor 42 is installed on the bottom of the concentrated sludge discharge side of the waste liquid chamber. When the travelling filter cloth 30 is reversed at a lower roll 32 and, in response to this, sludge flows upward to be filtered and concentrated, the air blowing device 34 injects air to increase the processing capacity and accelerate the solid-liquid separation. In the vicinity of a sludge level 44, highly concentrated sludge layer 43 is formed, and more highly concentrated waste liquid is obtained by the consolidation effect due to the highly concentrated sludge layer 43.
