GANTRY DEVICE FOR X-RAY CT SYSTEM AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely reconstitute an X-ray tomographic image by suppressing vibration in a horizontal direction in a single rotation of a rotation part belonging to a gantry device for an X-ray CT device or system. SOLUTION: In a case when a deviation in the direction of an arrow A being a horizontal direction is maximized when the rotation angle of a gantry rotation part 4 is P, this device is controlled so as to minimize a distance between a weight 213 and the center of rotation at this angle P and so as to maximize a distance between a weight 113 and the center of rotation at the angle P. Thus, centrifugal force is increased relatively to an arrow B in a direction opposite to the direction of the arrow A and positional deviation at the angle P is suppressed.
