<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion press roll by which a high temperature roll pressing is made possible, and also, a pressing unevenness can be eliminated, and provide a manufacturing device for a double surface metal-clad laminated plate using the cushion press roll. SOLUTION: Since the outer peripheral surface of this cushion press roll 1 is coated with a metal layer 3, the cushion press roll 1 can withstand a high temperature for a long period of time. Also, since cushioning property is provided on the surface of a metal press roll 2, even when there is a small shape distortion on the surface of the metal press roll 2, or there is an unevenness in the thickness of a film-form article which is a press objective, a uniform pressing pressure can be applied to the total surface of the press objective having a small thickness. Also, this double surface metal-clad laminated plate without a press unevenness can be continuously manufactured in such a manner that a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film and metal sheets on both surfaces of the polymer film are bonded by thermocompression by using the cushion press roll.</p> |
