PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability of a print head 4 of an image forming apparatus by thinning a ceramic base material 5 while constituting the head 4 of the material 5 for not bringing about waviness, easily perforating toner passage holes 6 of the material 5 without introducing a crack or the like, preventing a capture of toner particles on a surface of the material 5 and making the material 5 difficult to crack in the hole 6. SOLUTION: The print head 4 comprises the ceramic base material 5 made by sintering a ceramic green sheet 17 in which a ceramic powder is dispersed in a binder resin and many toner passage holes 6, 6,..., etc., are provided.
