PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding in-mold decorating method and apparatus capable of efficiently manufacturing a decorative laminated product having an undercut part without generating pattern extension, wrinkles, a rupture or the like. SOLUTION: The injection molding in-mold decorating apparatus has a clamp means 20 for pressing a pattern sheet S to the parting surface 14 of a female mold 12 provided with a slide core 12B for forming an undercut part to fix and hold the same, a sheet stretching means 15 for stretching the pattern sheet S along the cavity 13 of the female mold 12 and a resin injection means for injecting a resin in the molding cavity formed between the female mold 12 and a male mold in a flowable state to fill the cavity and is provided with a sheet preforming means 25 for preliminarily preforming the part Sa to be bonded and laminated of the pattern sheet S so as to protrude the same toward the cavity 13 of the female mold before stretching the pattern sheet S.
