PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of preventing wear of the cutting edge part of a cutter blade and giving a fine cutting without damaging the laminate member with the cutting edge part. SOLUTION: The cutting device is to cut a laminate member upon pressing a cutter blade 32 to a receptacle table 31, wherein the receptacle surface 31a of the table 31 is provided with a recess 31b of a depth corresponding to the thickness of the first or second layer of the laminate member. The cutter blade 32 is provided with a cutting edge part 32a in its part mating with the recess 31b and with butting parts 32b... in the part abutting to the receptacle parts 31c... on the two sides of the recess 31b in such an arrangement that the cutting edge part 32a is flush with the forefront faces of the butting parts 32b.... According to this configuration, the first and second layers of the laminate member can be cut without causing the cutting edge part 32a to touch directly the table 31 at the time of cutting, and it is possible to prevent wear and breakage resulting from the cutting edge part 32a touching the table 31, and a fine cutting is assured without damaging the laminate member by the cutting edge part 32a.
